GF - Thin Crust Pizza

  1. makes one 8 inch crust.
  2. in a bowl combine all dry ingredients.
  3. mix well and set aside.
  4. in a separate bowl mix all wet ingredients.
  5. add to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  6. gf doughs have a very different consistency, this one is kind of like cake batter.
  7. spoon it onto a greased cookie sheet.
  8. carefully spread and flatten with a wet spatula.
  9. bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes, until bottom is golden and crust is partially baked.
  10. use right away with your favorite pizza toppings.
