Steak Fajita Nachos

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
  2. On a grill or skillet over medium heat, cook the sliced steak to desired (wellness/doneness?)
  3. Remove from skillet.
  4. Turn the heat to medium high, melt butter in skillet.
  5. Dump the peppers into the pan.
  6. Let sit for 1 minute.
  7. Do not touch them.
  8. After 1 minute, toss to coat.
  9. Allow the peppers to get a bit charred.
  10. Remove from pan.
  11. On 2 oven safe plates, arrange a pile of chips.
  12. Divide the cheese in 2 and sprinkle on chips.
  13. Place in the preheated oven, warming until cheese melts.
  14. Remove from oven.
  15. Top the chips with black beans, peppers and steak.
  16. Place back inside the oven and allow to heat through.
  17. Remove from oven and top with guacamole, pico and sour cream.
  18. Share with friends!
  19. (Or go hide in your walk in closet and eat fast!)
