Deviled Crab Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Heat oven-proof skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add oil; heat.
  4. Add onion, green pepper and celery.
  5. Cook, stirring frequently, 2 to 3 minutes or until onion is translucent and vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. Remove from heat and set aside.
  7. Place bread crumbs in mixing bowl.
  8. Dribble milk over crumbs to moisten, while stirring ightly.
  9. Let mixture stand 5 minutes.
  10. Add crab, cooked vegetables, dill, lemon, seafood seasoning and black pepper.
  11. Stir lightly to blend.
  12. Spoon mixture back into ovenproof skillet.
  13. Bake until lightly browned, about 15 minutes.
