Potatoe chickpeas breakfast
- 15 1/2 oz chickpeas
- 15 1/2 oz sliced potatoes
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup sofrito
- 1/2 cup pickled jalapenos
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp sweet basil dried
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley dried
- 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- Heat oil add chickpeas and potatoes
- Add sofrito
- Add spices sour cream stir in well
- Add fresh cilantro and cheese let sit 2 minutes serve enjoy
