Raspberry Gelatin Mold

  1. Heat applesauce in a large saucepan, just until it comes to a light boil.
  2. Remove pan from heat.
  3. Add gelatin mix and stir until all the gelatin is dissolved.
  4. Mash raspberries (using a potato masher).
  5. Add raspberries to the gelatin mixture.
  6. Pour into a pretty mold or a bundt pan.
  7. Chill for 6-8 hours or until firmly set.
