Tinklee's Cheese Ball
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans (measure after chopping them)
- 1 cup finely shredded cheese ( really pack it in the cup when measuring)
- 8 oz package of cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
- 1 small jar jalapeno jelly
- combine all ingredients except the jalapeno jelly, pack them real good into a round ball, a hockey puck, or a football, chill the cheese ball gor at least 2hrs or overnight is even better,
- when ready to serve, set ball on a nice serving plate, heat jelly in microwave, take and pour about 1/2 cup over the top of cheese ball, accompanied with crackers
