Chicken `N Bean Stew Recipe

  1. Cook chicken, onion and garlic in oil in Dutch oven till chicken loses its pink color.
  2. Add in remaining ingredients except green pepper.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer 15 min.
  4. Add in green pepper and continue to simmer till carrots and green pepper are tender.
  5. About 10 min.
  6. Variation: I substitute 1/2 c. salsa for tomato sauce.
