Bri's White Cheddar Mac

  1. Follow Pasta box directions and slice Vermont Cheddar Cheese into medium size slices.
  2. (Usually you'll get around 10 slices) Set to the side.
  3. Drain Pasta
  4. Place Pasta back in pot.
  5. Turn the stove on low.
  6. Toss in the White American and the Vermont Cheddar.
  7. Pour in the Milk and place in the Butter.
  8. Stir until all cheese and Butter is melted.
  9. Finally add salt and pepper to taste.
