Bri's White Cheddar Mac
- 1 packages White American Cheese Slices
- 1 packages Medium Pasta Shells
- 1/2 stick Butter
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 lb Vermont White Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Salt & Pepper to taste
- Follow Pasta box directions and slice Vermont Cheddar Cheese into medium size slices.
- (Usually you'll get around 10 slices) Set to the side.
- Drain Pasta
- Place Pasta back in pot.
- Turn the stove on low.
- Toss in the White American and the Vermont Cheddar.
- Pour in the Milk and place in the Butter.
- Stir until all cheese and Butter is melted.
- Finally add salt and pepper to taste.
