Smoked Pork Chops With Sweet Sour Cabbage Recipe

  1. About 2 1/4 hrs before serving: Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. In small skillet over medium heat, in warm butter, cook onion, stirring occasionally, till tender, about 5 min.
  3. In 13x9 inch baking pan, lightly toss onion, cabbage, flour, sugar and caraway seed; pour vinegar over mix.
  4. Top with chops.
  5. Cover lightly with foil and bake 1 3/4 hrs or possibly till cabbage and meat are fork tender.
