Oriental Stir-Fry
- 2 c. celery with leaves, chopped
- 1/2 bunch broccoli
- 1/2 head cauliflower
- 5 carrots, diced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 green peppers, cut into strips
- 12 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 can bamboo shoots
- 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1/8 tsp. ginger
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 to 1 lb. stew beef
- 1/2 to 1 lb. pork roast
- 2 large boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1/2 to 1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled
- Mix ginger, garlic, water, lemon juice, seasoned salt, garlic powder and onion powder (amounts may be increased) for marinade.
