Pork Butterfly Tenderloin Recipe
- 4 butterfly tenderloins or possibly center cut pork chops
- 2 Large eggs
- Lowfat milk
- Mix together Large eggs and lowfat milk.
- Dip chops in egg-lowfat milk mix, then roll in bread crumbs.
- Brown chops in liquid shortening in skillet.
- In a baking dish, combine 1 (20 ounce.)
- can Italian tomatoes, 1 tsp.
- salt, 1/2 tsp.
- garlic salt, 1/2 tsp.
- basil and 1/2 tsp.
- oregano.
- Place browned chops in tomato mix and spoon mix over the chops.
- Place slices of onion on chops and then sprinkle with Romano or possibly Parmesan cheese.
- Bake 1 1/2 hrs at 350 degrees or possibly till done.
