Pork Butterfly Tenderloin Recipe

  1. Mix together Large eggs and lowfat milk.
  2. Dip chops in egg-lowfat milk mix, then roll in bread crumbs.
  3. Brown chops in liquid shortening in skillet.
  4. In a baking dish, combine 1 (20 ounce.)
  5. can Italian tomatoes, 1 tsp.
  6. salt, 1/2 tsp.
  7. garlic salt, 1/2 tsp.
  8. basil and 1/2 tsp.
  9. oregano.
  10. Place browned chops in tomato mix and spoon mix over the chops.
  11. Place slices of onion on chops and then sprinkle with Romano or possibly Parmesan cheese.
  12. Bake 1 1/2 hrs at 350 degrees or possibly till done.
