Cola Ham

  1. *Cook's Note: I suggest not using dark brown sugar
  2. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
  3. Place ham in a shallow roasting pan, leaving room around the ham so the air can evenly circulate.
  4. Baste the ham with cola.
  5. With toothpicks, stick some pineapple rings on the ham, about 4 or 5 rings.
  6. Sprinkle some brown sugar on the rings.
  7. With toothpicks, place a cherry in each pineapple ring hole and then stick some cloves in the rings.
  8. Cover with foil.
  9. Bake ham until heated through, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until the ham reaches an internal temperature of 140 degrees F on an instant-read thermometer.
  10. Baste with cola about every 30 minutes during cooking.
