Sweet and Sour Slaw
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces coleslaw shredded cabbage and carrot, about 1 package
- 1/4 cup scallions, spring or green onions
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk until sugar dissolves.
- Add coleslaw and onions to vinegar mixture; toss to combine.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
