Low-Carb Crustless Pizza

  2. Preheat your broiler and spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  3. Set aside.

  5. Spray a small, non-stick frying pan with cooking spray and heat on high.

  7. Once hot, turn down the heat to medium-low and slowly pour 1/2 of the liquid egg whites in.
  8. Cover pan with a tight fitting lid.
  9. Cook until the top of the whites are just set and slightly bubbly (about 2-3 minutes).

  11. Remove the lid, carefully flip the egg whites and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the crust is cooked.

  13. Slide onto a plate and repeat with the remaining half of the egg whites.

  15. Transfer each crust to the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle each with half of the grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning and salt.
  16. Spread the mixture to cover each crust.

  18. Adjust your oven rack to the very top position and broil the crusts until golden brown and crunchy, about 7-10 minutes.
  19. They burn easily so watch them closely!

  21. Take the crusts out of the oven and top with pizza sauce, toppings and cheese.

  23. Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
  24. 10.
  25. Serve immediately.
