Chili Casserole
- 1 lb chili (I recomend homemade)
- 1 (9 ounce) package Jiffy cornbread mix
- 2 cups rice
- 4 cups water
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Prepare rice in water.
- While rice is cooking, pour chili into an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
- Prepare cornbread as per box instructions.
- Pour mix over chili.
- Bake until cornbread is browned and a toothpick comes out clean from the middle.
- Serve over rice.
