The Santa Cruz Rum Daisy

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the rum, curacao and lemon juice; shake well.
  3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  4. Squeeze the twist over the drink, rub it around the rim of the glass, then discard it.
