Thai-Style Red Snapper

  1. Spray non-stick pan with vegetable spray.
  2. Saute fish fillets until cooked and browned about 3 minutes each side.
  3. Remove fish from pan and keep warm.
  4. Add green onions and 1 tbsp.
  5. water to the pan and simmer until soft.
  6. Add garlic, ginger and 2 tbsp.
  7. water and cook for 2 more minutes.
  8. Add soy sauce, sugar or rice wine, lemon juice, fish sauce and jalapeno, and simmer for 1 minute.
  9. Spoon sauce over fish and serve.
