Low Cal Coriander Vadi

  1. Mix all the ingredients.
  2. Wet a kitchen napkin and squeeze out all the water.
  3. Spread it in a flat microwave proof dish.
  4. Pour the mixture over.
  5. Cook on HIGH for 3 minutes.
  6. When cool, cut into diamond shapes.
  7. Serve.
