Easy Gelatin Cherry Cranberry Waldorf Salad Recipe
- 2 pkg. Knox gelatin, unflavored
- 2 lg. boxes black cherry Jello
- 6 lg. minced apples
- 1 pound seeded red sweet grapes, sliced in half
- 3-4 celery sticks, minced sm.
- 1/2 to 1 c. minced black walnuts, or possibly according to your taste
- 2-3 cans cranberry jellied sauce (may use 1 c. whole berry jellied and 1 c. jellied sauce)
- Add in Knox gelatin to dry jelly mix.
- Stir well.
- Prepare Jello according to package directions.
- Place in refrigerator till Jello is "softly set".
- Remove and add in cranberry sauce, mix in.
- Add in remaining ingredients, and mix well.
- Return to refrigerator till firmly set.
- Serve salad on top of lettuce leaves.
