Jan's Bread Pudding
- 1 package cinnamon rolls (6-8 med)
- 2 cups milk
- 12 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1 egg
- 14 cup raisins (optional)
- 18 cup coconut (optional)
- 14 cup nuts (optional)
- 1 container frozen non-dairy topping, any size,i use low-fat or fat-free
- chocolate
- strawberry
- cherries
- Break cinnamon rolls into small pieces.
- Arrange in baking dish and let dry for at least 8 hours or overnight.
- Mix together milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, allspice, and egg.
- Pour over dry cinnamon rolls.
- DO NOT STIR.
- Use spoon to push rolls down into milk mixture.
- Bake at 325F degrees for 25 minutes, then push rolls down into milk mixture again.
- DO NOT STIR.
- Bake an additional 10-20 minutes .
- After baking, spread on layer of whipped topping; let cool.
- Good served WITH OR WITHOUT additional toppings.
