Asian Sesame-Shrimp Stir-Fry

  1. Cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.
  2. Meanwhile, heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add shrimp and ginger; cook 4 to 5 min.
  4. or just until shrimp turn pink, stirring frequently.
  5. Add peas and peppers; cook 2 to 3 min.
  6. or until crisp-tender.
  7. Spoon shrimp mixture to one side of skillet.
  8. Add soy sauce and peanut butter to other side of skillet; cook until peanut butter is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
  9. Combine all ingredients in skillet; top with onions and sesame seed.
  10. Drain spaghetti.
  11. Serve topped with shrimp mixture.
