Summer Veggie Pizza
- 1 whole Ball Of Pizza Dough (enough For One Large Pizza)
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 cups Sweet Onion, Diced
- 1/2 cups Red Pepper, Diced
- 1/2 cups Green Pepper, Diced
- 1/2 cups Yellow Or White Corn Kernels
- 1/2 cups Zucchini, Diced
- 1/2 cups Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
- 1- 1/4 cup Pizza Sauce
- 1/4 cups Feta Cheese, Crumbled
- 1/2 bags Mozzerella Cheese (12 Ounce Bag)
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.
- Roll out the dough to your desired thickness using your hands or a rolling pin if you have one.
- Heat 1 Tablespoon of olive oil in small skillet and saute all of the veggies over medium heat until soft, roughly 5-7 minutes.
- Rub a pizza stone with remaining Tablespoon of olive oil and place dough onto it (or use a baking sheet if you dont have a stone).
- Top dough with pizza sauce, cheeses and sauteed vegetables.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes on top rack, or until golden brown.
