Summer Veggie Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.
  2. Roll out the dough to your desired thickness using your hands or a rolling pin if you have one.
  3. Heat 1 Tablespoon of olive oil in small skillet and saute all of the veggies over medium heat until soft, roughly 5-7 minutes.
  4. Rub a pizza stone with remaining Tablespoon of olive oil and place dough onto it (or use a baking sheet if you dont have a stone).
  5. Top dough with pizza sauce, cheeses and sauteed vegetables.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes on top rack, or until golden brown.
