Super Easy Caramel Nut Tart

  1. STIR cream and coffee granules in large microwaveable bowl until well blended.
  2. Add caramels; stir gently to coat.
  3. Microwave on HIGH 2 to 3 minute or until caramels are completely melted, stirring after each minute Stir in pecans and cinnamon.
  4. SPREAD caramel mixture evenly into pie crust.
  5. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
  6. Cut into 8 slices to serve.
  7. DRIZZLE tart slices and/or serving plates with the melted chocolate.
