Peaches And Cream Recipe
- 14 ounce. sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 c. ice water
- 3 1/2 ounce. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
- 1 pt. whipping cream, whipped (can use Cold Whip)
- 12 ounce. lb. cake, cut into cubes
- 4 c. fresh peaches, sliced
- In large bowl combine pudding, lowfat milk and water; mix well and refrigerate5 min.
- Mix in whipped cream.
- Spoon 2 c. pudding mix into 4 qt round glass dish.
- Top with 1/2 cake cubes, 1/2 fruit.
- Repeat layers ending with pudding mix.
- Garnish with fruit; refrigerate4 hrs.
- Keep refrigerated.
- Delicious.
- Cake does not get soggy.
