Spicy Broccoli Stir-fry

  1. Heat the peanut oil and sesame oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and pepper flakes and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until the garlic becomes fragrant and turns light tan in color.
  3. Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for 5 minutes, tossing and mixing until the broccoli is tender but still slightly crunchy.
  4. Add the soy sauce and stir-fry for about 2 more minute, tossing the florets to coat.
  5. Serve immediately.
