JELL-O Cranberry Orange Relish

  1. CUT oranges in half.
  2. Scoop out flesh with a spoon, leaving shells intact.
  3. Place shells in muffin pan.
  4. Chop cranberries, sugar and orange flesh in food processor.
  5. DISSOLVE jelly powder in boiling water.
  6. Chill until slightly thickened, about 1 hour.
  7. Fold in cranberry mixture.
  8. POUR into orange shells and a lightly greased 4 cup (1 L) mold.
  9. Refrigerate until set.
  10. CUT oranges into wedges, and invert mold onto serving plate.
