Dill & onion pork chops
- 4 large boneless pork chops
- 1/2 medium onion coarse chopped
- 1 tsp coarse ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh baby dill chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp thickening flour
- In frying pan add olive oil and trimmed pork chops.
- Sear over medium high heat.
- Turn heat down add onion garlic dill salt pepper, cover and cook till pork is done.
- With cooked chops and onions still in pan add milk sour cream and thickening flour and thicken to a thick sauce over medium heat.
- Serve with chop covered with creamed creamed onions
