Dill & onion pork chops

  1. In frying pan add olive oil and trimmed pork chops.
  2. Sear over medium high heat.
  3. Turn heat down add onion garlic dill salt pepper, cover and cook till pork is done.
  4. With cooked chops and onions still in pan add milk sour cream and thickening flour and thicken to a thick sauce over medium heat.
  5. Serve with chop covered with creamed creamed onions
