Mustard-Dill Sauce

• 1/2 cup strong Dijon mustard (such as Maille brand)
• 1/8 to 1/4 cup honey
• 1/2 tablespoon champagne vinegar
• 1 tablespoon finely chopped dill fronds
• Gravlax
• Cold Poached Salmon

1. In a small bowl, whisk all the ingredients together until smooth.
