Marbled Cheesecake

  1. Preheat to 325F.
  2. In a small bowl, blend cream cheese, sugar, cream, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time.
  4. Remove 1 cup batter and combine with cocoa.
  5. Spoon half the chocolate batter over pie crust.
  6. Evenly pour white batter over chocolate batter.
  7. Top with spoonfuls of remaining chocolate batter with knife to create Marbled effect.
  8. Bake for 35-40 mins or until set.
  9. Cool completely on wire rack and chill at least 4 hours.
  10. Serve with raspberry sauce.
