Marbled Cheesecake
- 2 packages light cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup light cream or half & half
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
- 1 oreo pie crust
- 1 packages frozen raspberries
- Preheat to 325F.
- In a small bowl, blend cream cheese, sugar, cream, and vanilla until smooth.
- Beat in eggs one at a time.
- Remove 1 cup batter and combine with cocoa.
- Spoon half the chocolate batter over pie crust.
- Evenly pour white batter over chocolate batter.
- Top with spoonfuls of remaining chocolate batter with knife to create Marbled effect.
- Bake for 35-40 mins or until set.
- Cool completely on wire rack and chill at least 4 hours.
- Serve with raspberry sauce.
