BAKER'S ONE BOWL Chocolate-Dipped Coconut Macaroons

  1. Heat oven to 325F.
  2. Mix coconut, sugar, flour and salt.
  3. Add egg whites and extract; mix well.
  4. Drop by tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto greased and floured baking sheets.
  5. Bake 20 min.
  6. or until edges are golden brown.
  7. Transfer to wire racks.
  8. Cool.
  9. Melt dipping chocolate.
  10. Dip cookies halfway into chocolate.
  11. Let stand until chocolate is firm.
