JalapeAao Lime Chicken Alfredo

  1. In a large pan melt butter.
  2. Add onion and jalapeAao and sautAS until onion caramelizes.
  3. While doing this boil linguine in a separate pot.
  4. Add chicken to the mixture and let it warm.
  5. Not even gonna lie I am cheating and using precooked chicken.
  6. (I always have a Costco sized bag in the freezer for recipes like this.)

  8. Reduce to a lower heat and add lime juice.
  9. Fresh limes are probably better..

  11. Add cream to the mixture.
  12. This is where I added the cilantro too .. You can really add whenever but I had some time to kill while waiting for the pasta.
  13. When your pasta is al dente, drain in the sink in a colander then add to your pot.
  14. Now add your cup of parm cheese.. Or a pinch more as I did .. Hehe
  15. Now serve!
