Mini Lemon Cream Pies

  1. Mix pudding mix and gelatin mix in medium bowl.
  2. Add boiling water; stir 2 min.
  3. until mixes are completely dissolved.
  4. Refrigerate 15 min.
  5. Place 1 wafer in bottom of each of 8 dessert dishes; cover with pudding mixture.
  6. Top with COOL WHIP.
