Jenny's easy chili
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 can kidney beans, undrained
- 1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1/2 cup onions
- 1/2 cup green pepper
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 packages chili seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- Brown ground beef, onions, and peppers in a dutch oven, drain excess fat
- Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil
- Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes
- Serve with mashed potatoes or cornbread
- Enjoy!
