Ume-Chikuwa Rolls for Bento
- 1/2 cut lengthwise Chikuwa
- 1 dash Nori seaweed
- 1 dash Umeboshi paste
- 2 Toothpicks
- Cut a chikuwa lengthwise in half.
- Cut a piece of nori that's a bit shorter than the chikuwa.
- Spread umeboshi paste on the outside of the chikuwa.
- Put it on the nori and roll it up and secure with 2 toothpicks.
- Cut in between the toothpicks.
- Take the toothpicks out slowly, and exchange with cute bento pick!
- Pack into the gaps in a bento box.
