Carrot, Avocado and Sprout Salad

  1. Slice the carrot with a slicer and put into a bowl.
  2. Slice and peel the avocado into small pieces and put them into a bowl.
  3. Cut off the seed part of the broccoli sprouts and add to the bowl.
  4. Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar and lemon juice and mix well.
  5. Marinate in the fridge for about half an hour, then it's ready to eat!
