Ranch Mashed Potatoes

• 1 lb. baking potato (about 3), peeled, cut into chunks Safeway 2 pkg For $5.00 thru 02/09
• 1 cup small fresh cauliflower florets Safeway 1 lb For $1.99 thru 02/09
• 1/4 cup KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing

1. Cook vegetables in boiling water in large saucepan 20 min.
2. or until tender; drain.
3. Add dressing; mash until light and fluffy.
