Fresh Strascinata
- 200 grams Semolina
- 100 grams Strong (bread) flour
- 140 ml Water
- 2 grams Salt
- 4 grams Olive oil
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and knead.
- Wrap with plastic and let rest for an hour.
- Cut and shape into long cylinders.
- Cut into 4 g pieces and use your fingertips to press them down to finish.
