Mexican stuffed shells
- 20 each jumbo shells
- 1 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 cup taco sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packages taco seasoning
- 4 oz cream cheese
- Brown hamburger and add taco seasoning.
- Prepare according to package directions.
- Add cream cheese and stir until blended.
- Set aside and let cool.
- While cooking hamburger, prepare shells according to directions.
- Drain and separate on a cookie sheet to avoid sticking.
- Pour salsa evenly on bottom of 9x13 pan.
- Fill each shell with 1-2 tablespoons of filling and place open side up onto salsa.
- Pour taco sauce over the shells.
- Cover dish and place in oven preheated to 375.
- Cook 30 minutes.
- Add cheese and cook uncovered for 15 minutes.
- Serve with additional topping of your choice, such as sour cream or green onion.
