Chocolate Chunk Chip Cookies

  1. In an electric mixer beat the butter, coconut oil and shortening til smooth.
  2. Add all sugars until fluffy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla well.
  4. In a small bowl combine flour, cornstarch, salt and baking soda and gradually add to mixture.
  5. Stir in all chocolate morsels.
  6. In 1/4 capfulls spoon on a cookie sheet or stoneware (my personal favorite) Bake 2-3 inches apart and bake at 375 for 12 minute.
