South Of The Border Special

  1. Brown beef, onion and garlic in skillet.
  2. Drain fat.
  3. Stir in water, tomato sauce, chili powder and oregano.
  4. Pour half the mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan.
  5. Top with half the beans and half the chips.
  6. Repeat layering.
  7. Cover and bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes. Top with remaining ingredients.
  8. This serves 8 to 10 and is a good way to use up stale chip pieces at the bottom of the bag.
