Spicy Chicken Spaghetti with Grated Daikon (Japanese Style)
- 180 grams Pasta
- 1 Chicken thigh or breast
- 10 cm Grated daikon radish
- 1/2 Green onions
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 2 to 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Mirin
- 50 ml Water
- 1 Red chili pepper
- Cut the chicken into small bite sizes.
- Cut the green onions diagonally.
- Chop the garlic finely.
- Start cooking the pasta.
- Put some oil in a frying pan, add the chopped garlic, then turn on the heat.
- When the aroma starts to rise, brown the surface of the chicken.
- Add the green onions and stir fry slightly, add on the grated daikon, red chili pepper and the mixed seasoning ingredients.
- Put the lid on and cook for 3 minutes over medium heat.
- Place the cooked pasta in the pan, turn up the heat to combine with the sauce, and serve on a plate.
- If you like, garnish with shiso leaves or shredded nori on top.
