Spicy Chicken Spaghetti with Grated Daikon (Japanese Style)

  1. Cut the chicken into small bite sizes.
  2. Cut the green onions diagonally.
  3. Chop the garlic finely.
  4. Start cooking the pasta.
  5. Put some oil in a frying pan, add the chopped garlic, then turn on the heat.
  6. When the aroma starts to rise, brown the surface of the chicken.
  7. Add the green onions and stir fry slightly, add on the grated daikon, red chili pepper and the mixed seasoning ingredients.
  8. Put the lid on and cook for 3 minutes over medium heat.
  9. Place the cooked pasta in the pan, turn up the heat to combine with the sauce, and serve on a plate.
  10. If you like, garnish with shiso leaves or shredded nori on top.
