Colorful Dragon Stir-Fry

  1. Cut chicken into 1/2 inch strips.
  2. Remove flowerets from broccoli; set aside.
  3. Peel stalks; cut into thin slices.
  4. Coat chicken with 1 tbsp stir-fry sauce.
  5. Heat 1 tbsp oil in hot wok or large skillet over high heat.
  6. Add chicken and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  7. Remove from pan.
  8. Heat remaining 2 tbsp oil in the same pan.
  9. Add onion; stir-fry 1 minute.
  10. Add broccoli and carrot; stir-fry 2 minutes longer.
  11. Pour water into pan.
  12. Reduce heat and simmer covered 3 minutes; stir once.
  13. Add remaining 4 tbsp stir-fry sauce and chicken.
  14. Cook and stir just until chicken and vegetables are coated.
  15. Serve immediately.
  16. *hint* Is good served with white rice.
