Chris's Crispy Chicken Fillet Sandwich
- 2 lb Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast
- 3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 lb Spinach or lettuce, what you desire
- 1 Velveta slice cheese
- 1 whole wheat buns
- In a medium-size skillet heat oil, to a medium heat
- Mix flour and seasoning together
- Heavenly coat both side of chicken breast with flour seasoning
- Place flour coated chicken breast into skillet, cooking both sides chicken for about 6 to 7 minutes or until golden browned
- Place cook chicken on a plate with paper towel let stand for 5 to 10 minutes
- Add chicken to bread, and your preferred toppings
- Serve and enjoy
