Mosette
- 2 pkg. noodles, boiled and blanched
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 bunch celery, chopped
- pinch of soda
- bacon fat
- 6 onions, sliced
- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 2 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 lb. cheese, grated
- garlic to taste
- salt to taste
- Drain boiled and blanched noodles; set aside.
- Simmer together in a skillet the tomato soup, tomatoes, celery and soda.
- In another skillet brown the onions, green peppers, pork and beef in bacon fat.
- Stir in mushrooms and the cheese.
- Add garlic and salt to taste.
- Simmer until cheese is melted, then combine with noodles and tomato mixture.
- Place all in 2 large glass casseroles and cook at 350u0b0 until bubbly.
- Serves 20.
