Mexican (?) Rice Salad

  1. Cook rice w/ Salzon Goya and Chili powder.
  2. Chill.
  3. Chop onions and combine all ingredients with Rice.
  4. Apply dressing.
  5. Chill.
  6. Serves cold, keeps well, tastes delicious and has no side effects.
