Easy Slow Cooker French Dip
- 2 pounds Sirloin Tip Roast
- 2 whole Onions, Quartered
- 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1/2 cups Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
- 2 whole Bay Leaves
- Hoagie Or Sub Rolls, Toasted
- Sauteed Bell Peppers
- Sauteed Onions
- Sliced Cheese
- Place roast in slow cooker.
- Combine the quartered onons, minced garlic, beef broth, soy sauce, rosemary and bay leaves.
- Pour over roast.
- Cook on low for 8 10 hours.
- Remove roast and shred.
- Reserve au jus.
- Serve on toasted hoagies with sauteed peppers, onions, your choice of cheese and reserved au jus for dipping!
