Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

  1. Place roast in slow cooker.
  2. Combine the quartered onons, minced garlic, beef broth, soy sauce, rosemary and bay leaves.
  3. Pour over roast.
  4. Cook on low for 8 10 hours.
  5. Remove roast and shred.
  6. Reserve au jus.
  7. Serve on toasted hoagies with sauteed peppers, onions, your choice of cheese and reserved au jus for dipping!
