liver and onions

  1. season the liver with salt ,pepper ,paprika dijon and vinegar set aside
  2. in a medium pan warm the olive oil and cook the onion and garlic until golden
  3. add the liver cook in low heat about five minutes ,
  4. add water increase the heat stir cover and cook for about 8 minutes
