liver and onions
- 1 lb liver sliced
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 clove garlic diced
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 cube of pork stock
- 2 cup water
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large onion sliced
- season the liver with salt ,pepper ,paprika dijon and vinegar set aside
- in a medium pan warm the olive oil and cook the onion and garlic until golden
- add the liver cook in low heat about five minutes ,
- add water increase the heat stir cover and cook for about 8 minutes
