Holiday Fruit Salad Recipe
- 1/2 box macaroni
- 1 (16 ounce.) can crushed pineapple
- 2 cans mandarin oranges
- 1 jar cut up maraschino cherries
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 3 tbsp. cornstarch, add in a little water to make paste
- Cook macaroni as directed; drain and cold.
- Drain fruits and save juices.
- Heat juices with sugar, Large eggs, and cornstarch.
- Cook till thickened; pour over fruit and macaroni; refrigerateand add in 1 large carton of Cold Whip.
- This keeps well for several days.
