Lemon Spinach Pasta Sauce

  1. Heat oil in a skillet on medium heat and cook garlic and chili flakes for 1 minute.
  2. Do not brown.
  3. Add spinach and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cover until spinach wilts, about 2 minutes.
  5. Take pan off of heat and stir in yogurt and lemon juice.
  6. Cover and let stand for 1 minute, then stir into pasta.
  7. (works well with ravioli or tortellini).
