Hummus Pork Chops
- 3 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
- 3 heaping tablespoons roasted red pepper hummus
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tsp allspice
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground white pepper
- 1 sesame oil; as needed
- 1 kosher salt and black pepper; to taste
- Coat chops with enough oil to cover.
- Season.
- Bake at 400 for approximately 15 minutes or until pork reaches desired doneness.
- Top with hummus.
- Garnish with extra toasted sesame seeds.
